Is there parking in your building?

Yes, there is a garage attached to our building (Queen’s POB 1). The entrance is on Lusitana Street.

How do I change my personal information?

You can update your personal information in our office, over the phone, or via email.

What if my insurance changes?

Please let us know as soon as possible if/when your insurance changes. Please bring your updated insurance card to your next appointment or send us a photo via email.

How do I pay my bill? What if I have questions about my bill?

You are welcome to pay online (click on the “Pay My Bill” link above), in the office, or via mail. Payments can be made by credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover), personal checks, and cash.
